Spaghetti scramble
Preparation time: 20 minutes
This combines two kiwi favourites – spaghetti and scrambled eggs.
Cooking directions
For 2 to 4 people:
- In a bowl, mix together 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, and a little black pepper. Put aside for use later.
- Spray a non-stick pan with a little oil and heat over a medium heat.
- Cook 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped green pepper in the pan until soft.
- Add 1 can spaghetti and cook until warm.
- Add egg mixture to pan. Gently stir occasionally. Be careful not to burn. Keep cooking until egg is firm and cooked through.
- Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
- Serve with toast triangles.
